Guitar Oasis International Is proud to present a short film project

"Strings"

STRINGS is inspired by Morissiano’s Oriental Fantasy, a commissioned work for The Juilliard School by composer Sharon Farber, dedicated to acclaimed guitarist Tali Roth.

The music moves seamlessly between reality and memory, weaving melodic lines and rich harmonies that blend traditional influences with a contemporary voice. Originally composed for solo guitar, the piece was later expanded by the composer to include a string quartet, deepening its emotional scope. It was recorded at the renowned Village Studios in Los Angeles.

At the heart of the work is a remarkable performance by Tali Roth, whose nuanced artistry and emotional clarity transform the guitar into a singular, expressive voice—both intimate and expansive.

Moved by the narrative quality of the music, visionary director Gev Miron envisioned a story within it and created a short proof of concept, laying the foundation for a forthcoming short film.
